Join us in the second of our Friday night yin & sound sessions.
I will be offering another with a special guest musician Adam coming along this time.
Take this opportunity for self care, rest, reflection & healing. Take time for yourself for grounding, nourishing and receiving.
Amber Legay will guide you through a sequence of pranayama, meditation & yin yoga postures for the Earth element.
As we practice, sound healer/ musician Adam Buchanan will soothe our souls with the healing frequencies of his many instruments. Crystal bowls, guitar, Gong , Flute , hand pan & percussion. followed by a 50 minute sound immersion. Leave feeling relaxed and blissed out!
